An Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC) is a referral from your GP which can provide eligible patients up to 5 Medicare Subsidised Allied Health appointments per calendar year.

We are not a bulk billing clinic, so there will be a small gap fee to be covered by the patient, but an EPC will greatly reduce your out of pocket costs per session. At the end of your appointment, we will ask you to pay the full invoiced fee, but then with your approval we will process your Medicare claim and they will deposit the rebate amount back into your account within 1-3 days.

Please let our reception staff know if you have an EPC when you are booking your initial appointment or mention it in the notes section if you are booking online. We do require a copy of your Care Plan/EPC so that we can confirm your eligibility and set you up on our booking system. Ask your GP practice if they can send this through to us or bring a copy with you to your appointment.
