
Georgia Ralph
Business Owner & Principal Physiotherapist
Georgia moved to Ipswich after completing her undergraduate degree in Health Science in America while playing college basketball. She then completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at UQ. She particularly loves working with athletes to assist with prehab and load management, and has had much experience in this area as a player and physio. She is also a qualified Women’s Health physiotherapist and loves working with women to rehab their pelvic floor to get back to normal daily tasks or exercise.
Georgia has played and captained in the Semi-Professional basketball league for many years, and is the Head Physiotherapist for the NBL1 Ipswich Men and Women’s team. She has worked as the physio for many athletes and sporting teams up to the professional, Olympic and NBA levels. She is currently the personal physiotherapist for Olympian and NBA player, Patty Mills and traveled to France for the 2024 Paris Olympics and to the Utah Jazz during this current NBA season.

Jason Ralph
Business Owner
A true Ipswich local, Jason has been representing the Ipswich colours for as long as he can remember — usually in a basketball uniform! As co-owner of the clinic, he not only leads from the front but also manages all the behind-the-scenes operations that keep the clinic running smoothly. On top of that, he captains the NBL1 Ipswich Force men’s basketball team and works full-time at Ipswich Grammar School, so he certainly keeps busy.
Jason is a proud dad to his daughter, Skylar, and a devoted dog-owner to Lux. A sports fanatic through and through, he loves anything to do with sport — so don’t be shy to test him on his sporting trivia when you see him in clinic!
His energy, dedication, and local roots make him a passionate leader, both in the community and within the clinic.

Ben Hussey
Physiotherapist
Ben completed his studies at UQ in 2021 and has since worked within private practice. His experience thus far has led him to work with a wide variety of patients across a spectrum from acute musculoskeletal conditions, through to chronic pain conditions that require a multidisciplinary approach. Ben has also had experience working within age care, providing exercise and home physiotherapy to patients. Further to this, his previous caseload involved early intervention physiotherapy and workplace injury management, as well as having had a caseload of Workcover patients, and is well educated in the management and facilitation of returning patients to their working role. In his spare time, he loves to participate in marathons and triathlons.
Ben’s special interests include:
- Dry needling
- Neurological conditions including ABI/TBI, multiple sclerosis, FND, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophies.
- Sporting injuries and rehabilitation, running injuries
- Strength and conditioning
- Spinal pain
- Post-surgical management
- Musculoskeletal management of shoulder, neck/back, and lower limb conditions.
- TMJ dysfunction (jaw issues)

Lily Sarra
Physiotherapist
Lily completed her physiotherapy degree at ACU here in Brisbane. She has grown up as an athlete in the basketball world, playing basketball here in Queensland in the NBL1 Semi-Professional competition. She also played for two years in America at college in Wyoming and Tennessee. Lily has a strong connection to her culture which we admire so much, and tries to convince people that she does Crossfit but isn’t a Crossfitter.
Lily’s special interests include:
- Sport/ athletic injures and loading
- Women’s health interest – not specialised yet
- First Nation’s health
- Oncology
- Post-surgical management

Harry Holt
Physiotherapist
Harry is a kind, dedicated and motivated physiotherapist with a strong interest in sports and musculoskeletal care. He graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Queensland and is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to his patients.
As a semi-professional rugby union player, Harry understands the physical demands of sport and the importance of structured rehabilitation, injury prevention, and a safe return to performance. He works particularly well with active individuals and athletes, taking a practical and personalised approach to treatment that is tailored to each person’s goals.
Harry is passionate about helping his patients move better, feel stronger, and confidently return to doing what they enjoy — whether that’s competitive sport or staying active in everyday life.
Harry’s special interests include:

Liv Scott-Ranson
Physiotherapist
Liv is a caring and approachable physiotherapist with a strong interest in muscle and joint injuries. She completed her physiotherapy studies at Australian Catholic University and enjoys working with active, everyday people to help them manage pain, recover from injury, and move with confidence in their daily lives.
Liv takes a warm, supportive approach to care and focuses on practical, realistic treatment plans that fit into busy lifestyles. She is passionate about empowering her patients with the knowledge, tools, and exercises they need to feel strong, capable, and supported in their bodies.
She has a particular interest in incorporating Pilates principles into rehabilitation to improve strength, control, and long-term movement quality – something she values in her own training as well.
Liv loves meeting and working with new people and building collaborative relationships that make rehabilitation both effective and enjoyable.
Liv’s special interests include:
– Rehabilitation of muscular injuries
– Post-surgical management
– Hand, wrist and elbow injuries
– Women’s health (developing area of interest)

Stephanie Arnott
Speech Pathologist
Stephanie is an extremely passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist who aspires to provide the best quality care for her clients. She is particularly interested in the areas of early language development, communication difficulties associated with developmental disorders such as Autism, sensory feeding therapy, stuttering, literacy and speech and articulation therapy.
Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (with honours) from The University of Queensland in 2020. Since then Stephanie has acquired multiple certifications by participating in professional development throughout her time working as a Speech Pathologist which allow her to deliver several programs that require a certification. These include SOS feeding course + the SOS mentorship course, Hanen ‘More than Words’, The Lidcombe Program Course, and the Nuffield Dyspraxia Program.
Upon graduating, Stephanie spent over two years in a private practice supporting predominately children under the age of 10 with significant communication difficulties and other disabilities. She then transitioned into a role whereby a large proportion of her caseload presented with literacy difficulties such as dyslexia. In conjunction with this part of her caseload, she has also been working closely with children who require alternative and augmentative forms of communication (AAC).

Kyrsten Heavey
Practice Manager & Allied Health Assistant
Kyrsten is our warm and welcoming Practice Manager as well as a Certificate IV Qualified Allied Health Assistant, playing a vital role in ensuring both the front-of-house experience and behind-the-scenes operations run smoothly.
With a diverse background in Personal Training, Pilates, and Early Childhood Education, Kyrsten combines her professional expertise with a genuine passion for helping others. She thrives in caring, people-focused environments, bringing empathy, patience, and a natural ability to make everyone feel supported.
Kyrsten’s versatile skill set, approachable nature, and dedication make her a true all-rounder. Whether she’s assisting clients, coordinating the team, or ensuring the clinic runs efficiently, she is always ready to go the extra mile to create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Rachel Short
Receptionist
Rachel is one of our receptionists at Rise Physio & Health. She is a University Qualified Nutritionist, currently studying to become a Dietitian. Rachel’s working experience spans across a variety of fields including Corporate Finance, Not for profit organisations, Public Health and Allied Health administration.
Rachel strives to provide a friendly and supportive point of contact at Rise and will always go above and beyond to meet the needs of the clinic and its patients. In her spare time you can find her court side cheering on her 3 boys, creating recipes in the kitchen or enjoying a good book.

Rosie Drinkeld
Junior Receptionist
Rosie is our junior receptionist and the cheerful first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors. Bubbly, approachable, and full of energy, she makes every visitor feel welcome and valued from the moment they arrive.
Outside of work, Rosie is an exceptional dancer with 11 years of experience, bringing the same dedication and enthusiasm to the studio as she does behind the reception desk. When she’s not at work or school, you’ll usually find her at the beach, soaking up the sun and enjoying the outdoors.
Rosie’s friendly nature, positivity, and eagerness to help make her an absolute joy to have on the team.

Kim Meertens
Pilates Instructor
Kim is one of our dedicated Pilates Instructors that has an extensive background in dance, particularly with dance and movement coaching. This saw her transition into Pilates instructing very quickly in 2023 and she has since gained experience teaching Reformer, Mat and Barre. She has sought out many opportunities to teach in Ipswich & Brisbane and to workshop with Industry leaders at various events.
Kim moved into a more proactive and consistent approach to exercise in her late 30’s as a way to stay limber and avoid the creaks that her body often went through. She was also determined to stay movement savy for her kids, & she wanted those exercise endorphins helping her along the busy times of life.
She aims to support and inspire your individual movement journey and provide you with a mix of calm, focused, fun and spicy energy!!!

Toni Turner
Pilates Instructor
Toni has been part of the Reformer Pilates community for around seven years, and her passion for Pilates and iced lattes shines through in everything she does. After experiencing firsthand how Reformer Pilates can build strength, improve posture, and support overall wellbeing, she was inspired to take the next step and become an instructor herself.
Outside the studio, she’s a proud mum of two and loves spending time with her husband and family. She also enjoys boxing — a hobby that perfectly complements her Pilates practice by combining strength, energy, and focus.
With her friendly and down-to-earth nature, Toni creates a welcoming environment where everyone feels encouraged, supported, and motivated to move their best.
