Mum’s & Bubs
A supportive, baby-friendly reformer class for new mums looking to safely rebuild strength, improve posture, and reconnect with their core and pelvic floor. Exercises are tailored for postnatal recovery with modifications for all levels. Babies are welcome in the studio—whether in a bassinet or on a mat beside you! We will keep the prams just outside the room due to space.
