WorkCover is an incentive that supports injured workers recover from workplace accidents. Physiotherapy is an important part in ensuring you are recovering and returning to work as safely and quickly as possible.
To been seen under Workcover you need to provide us with your claim details (including your claim number, date of injury, case manager contact details and medical certificate) when booking or arriving at your initial consultation. Please let our reception staff know if you have an approved WorkCover claim when you are booking your initial appointment or mention it in the notes section if you are booking online.
If your claim has been approved your Physiotherapy appointment is covered by WorkCover insurance, this means there is no gap fee. If you are still waiting for approval, the cost of the appointment will need to be paid in full by the patient, then once approved, reimbursed by WorkCover.
